Coffee Art charges for shipping based on the total price of the order

Shipping Costs

Freight calculations are based on your packed orders Cost in dollars.
Orders up to a value of $21 will cost $5.00 in shipping
Orders to a value of between $21.01 and $108.00 will cost $8.00 in shipping
Orders to a value of between $108.01 and $800.00 will cost $15.00 in shipping
Orders to a value of between $800.01 and $1500.00 will cost $22.00 in shipping
Orders to a value of between $1500.01 and $4000.00 will cost $30.00 in shipping
Orders of more than $4000 will cost $110.

Currently we can only ship within Australia. If you are located outside Australia please email us or call us on +61 2 6645 5541 to discuss shipping options.

We can only use the following delivery services at our own discretion depending upon what we are shipping and to which location:
Australia Post
Fastway
Star Track Express

Coffee Art may use other transport companies at any time depending upon cost and availability.

All orders are packaged and shipped within 1 working day of payment. Any delivery times are indications only but we expect that your order should be received within 5 working days.
If you have not received your order within this time please call us on (02) 6645 5541 or email us.

Returns

Should you need to return a product to us, please call on (02) 6645 5541 or email us at sales@coffeeart.com.au to make the necessary arrangements.

Normally requests for returns will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the goods.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped a product that was incorrect or faulty on arrival.
Should a product be returned to Coffee Art as faulty, but is found to be in normal working order, you will be charged for the cost of freight from you to Coffee Art and the cost of return freight at our normal freight charges.
You may also be charged a service fee for the testing of the product. Coffee art may charge a reasonable fee should you return any goods for credit or exchange which have been damaged while in your care.
Generally credits/refunds are limited to the cost of the goods excluding freight charges.
Any disputes shall be judged under the laws of the State of New South Wales.
